HOSTS:

Seeking amazing, happy, energetic, additions to our front of the house Team Full Time and Part Time. Days, Nights. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is professional; personable, follows all policies, procedures, laws, dress code; has excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills; computer savvy; has high standards of personal behavior and character as a direct representative of the restaurant to guests;  maintains a positive and energetic demeanor; honest; able to multi-task; strong work ethic; effective team player; respects yourself and others and importantly-the restaurant; exceeds expectations; Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but will train.

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: present yourself well as an outstanding representative of Madison’s; Greet/welcome guests as they enter the restaurant in a consistently professional, outstanding and engaging manner; assist guests with reservations when you have progressed to that level; guide/escort guests to their table; provide guests accurate wait time estimates and seat them in the waiting areas; optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff; answer phones as detailed; take carry-out/to-go orders; handle guest receipts/payments; become very knowledgeable of our menus, and other duties as may be assigned, while enjoying what you do! The person in this position will report to the Owner and front of the house manager(s).

Line Cooks, Experience Preferred (will Train), Full Time, Part time, Days, Nights):

Professional with these skill sets: Follow all rules, practices, procedures, laws, codes; Arrive on time when scheduled. Closing your shift; Cleaning up after your shift; Preparing for next shift. Assisting when and where needed; Prepare the food, cook food in a timely manner, according to all rules, procedures, codes, recipes, safe practices; Take pride in yourself and your work; be an effective and enthusiastic team player; respect yourself and others; Have the ability to move in a fast paced environment; consistently deliver a quality product for our guests’ enjoyment. Experienced Servers: Part-Time. Days and Nights 

(must be at least 18 years of age)

DISHROOM STEWARD

“The Unsung Heroes of the Restaurant Kitchen” – NIGHTS, PART TIME, FULL TIME.

PAY is far above minimum wage. We are seeking a reliable Dish Room Steward with these attributes: Professional; honest; team player, self-motivated, take pride in your work, follow all tasks through to completion, abide by all rules, policies, procedures, laws, and codes; Arrive on time when scheduled; expect to work hard; ENJOY what you do; exceed expectations.

The Dish Steward shall ensure meal service dishes are clean and ready to serve; assure cleaned and drying all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, washing, spraying and using automatic dish machine; check that all are stocked properly throughout your shift; assure dish room and equipment is kept clean and items stored properly. Sweep, mop floors in dish and kitchen area, remove trash.
